More off-leash spots just opened across the LGA

Council just added eight new off-leash areas including Camp Cove, Cooper Park's upper amphitheatre, Percival Park and Steyne Park Sportsfield. Robertson Park beach and Moncur Reserve are in too, with time-based rules (roughly after school till morning). Five more are coming once some playground fencing gets sorted.
