Cross Street Car Park: the redevelopment is moving forward

The Cross Street Car Park redevelopment is officially progressing. Council wants to build a new 5-storey car park with at least 412 spaces, and they're now taking tenders for the sale of the southern chunk of the site (about 38% of it) until 10 September.
